Dr. Chaudhry Shoaib Akhtar, brings more than 25 years of experience of research and consultancy spanning public sector, development, NGO/INGO linked initiatives, higher education and private sector. His technical portfolio includes project and programme analysis, monitoring and evaluation, HR and organisational development, strategic planning, entrepreneurship and capacity building, including training for government officers, NGOs, SMEs, and professional institutions. He combines field-based development and consulting experience with senior institutional leadership, enabling him to bridge technical analysis, institutional strategy, implementation, and stakeholder management.
Shiraz brings more than 28 years of experience in public and development finance, including over two decades working across major USAID portfolios. His expertise covers blended finance, PPP and IPP structures, financial analysis, investment structuring and renewable-energy transactions. With training in public policy, public finance and climate-risk valuation, he strengthens the firm’s ability to connect climate priorities with credible financing and investment pathways.

Drawing from her extensive background in academic administration and institutional development, she specializes in designing and implementing high-impact professional development frameworks for teachers.
Prof. Dr. Kamariah Binti Ismail Dr. Kamariah is an established researcher, consultant, trainer, entrepreneur and a mentor. She brings with her more than 35 years of research and training experience. she has provided numerous consultancies to Malaysian public and private sector organizations nationally and internationally. She is an avid supporter of research commercialization and her work is mostly concentrated on Business Planning, Innovation Management, Analytical Skills, and Entrepreneurship.
